Products

Where are Skin Of All Kin products made?

Our products are made in our FDA-approved facility in the U.S. We import many ingredients from different regions of the world and then package them here in the U.S., to provide nothing but the highest quality products for our customers.

Are your products tested on animals?

NEVER! Our products are 100% vegan with no animal testing whatsoever. Skin Of All Kin deeply cares about animals.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit cards and the following major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club.  We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.

How do I receive a refund?

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. 

How long are your processing times?

All orders that are paid will ship within 2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering at customersupport@skinofallkin.com, and we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to accomodate cancellation requests.

When will my order arrive?

We provide a general time frame for delivery of your order when the order is placed and paid for.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the U.S.A.(including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands).
